WELL, I had to help out my grandmother in law, Sue ( amazing woman!),  and set a gravestone for ancestor of hers out in Cloud's Cove. I got over to Dan's for a spell afterward and we got started taking apart his Mangun AWD.
We got the nosecone, bellypan, manifold, and upper fuel system off and got all the fluids drained.
He is throwing in a fullhouse heads, cam, combo. Some other tasty bits are going in there as well.I am going to show him how to port match his plastic manifold and most likely I am going to make a one off experimental intake.

If I can help, Dan will have the fastest stock block, NA, AWD Magnum in the USA

The guts come out this weekend! Heads, and cam! I gotta tell you that the block drains are a total booger to get to with the AWD forward running gear in the way!

Well, the build is well under way. Got it fully dissassembled, got the Cam in, timing chain back on and was just about to re-install the timing chain cover when we realized, the seals were bad on it and I had forgotten to get new ones  :Smiley . More seals are ordered, along with a few more parts needed to hopefully get us back on track.

We will be working on it yet again this weekend, if the seals dont make it in we may switch directions and begin work on the Torque converter, or just maybe, I will finally find some time to help ole Scott out with his box design. Too much to do, not enough time ya know!

Anyone that wants to join us is welcome, we may even have some adult beverages available... Wait, who am I kidding, this is the south, we will DEFINITELY have some adult beverages available!
