Well, the big loogie in the whole air management system is where both pipes come together at the wye. That is the worst of it. NOW, your choice of mufflers is not as important as the pipe diameter back. The choice is still important but you have a little bit of lattitude.
Now then, you are looking for more torque than HP, yes?
Here is the top three, IMHO:
Hooker Maxflow or AeroChanber Dynomax Classic Chambered (has the best oldskool rumbeda-rumbeda sound)
