RAMHAMMER UPDATES

Hello Everyone!

I apologize for the delay in the info disbursement.
Here is the skinny all hard and ugly.
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea-frikkin-CULPA.

I stopped taking orders on the AIRHAMMER and the RAMHAMMER until I could find a way to get caught up. I will not take new orders for the AIRHAMMER until that occurs.
I found a friend ( Legmaker) that is willing to help out by making the carbon fiber GENII (Phoenix) AIRHAMMERS for me as a separate on-spec manufacturer.
I have had many conversations with him about the RAMHAMMER in addition to the AIRHAMMER. The agreement that we reached was that since there was more oustanding orders for the AIRHAMMER than the RAMHAMMER, we would work
down the AIRHAMMER orders FIRST. Then, we would go after the RAMHAMMER.
I am fast whittling down the orders, hopefully they will be finished and filled by Christmas.
After these are completed, the Ramhammers production are going to be addressed for hopefully a January production.

I understand that the wait time has been hideous. I dont like this one damn bit more than you do.

In fact, I am ashamed of this. Not on just a corporate level, but on a personal level. I want no one to wait. Aggro'd customers do not make happy customers. I consider my customers to friends and people that believe in me, my product, my company, and my country. I dont like making my friends mad. This is NOT that situation that I wanted.

The fact of the matter is that I am a TINY company. I have ME, my wife, and my stepdaughter in this company. Legmaker is not a part of this company so I dont include him as staff. That is funny actually; I have no staff. My wife and my daughter help me in handling paperwork. I have a tiny business location; less than 1000 square feet. I am currently over $100,00.00 in debt with no personal savings. I have taken EVERYTHING that had saved; 401k, medical savings plan, personal savings, too. I have sold off stuff including some rare parts, comics, rare books, and
tools to pour into this company so that I could keep it going to fulfill orders and do the right and true thing and get you your orders as fast
as I could.

I do contract shipping and recieving for DonE's company for a small amount per month. I throw 320-350 newspapers every night for the Huntsville Times for food and gas money and a little left over that I put into HAmmer Automotive. I live with my wife who owns her own home. I get about 4 hours of sleep a day while I am struggling to keep Hammer Automotive running. I havent bought new clothes in 2 years. I was
only recently able to replace my glasses that had broken. This barely scratches the surface of the events that have taken place. EVERY SINGLE THING I could have done, I did, and still do.

I have persisted as a personal point of honor to take care of the orders that i have outstanding. Once these are fulfilled, maybe, JUST MAYBE I can resurrect Hammer Automotive and bring it to where it should have been all along!

I have not hidden from any other forum. LXforums.com is one of the only 2 forums that I am a registered vendor on as that is all that I can afford.

Now then, all of the currently outstanding RAMHAMMER mild steel units will be filled with CARBON FIBER units.

The Carbon Fiber units will be about 1/10th the weight of the Mild Steel RAMHAMMER that I once offered.

The carbon Fiber RAMHAMMER will be better built and a better performer than the original mild steel. The numbers will best the original Hammer automotive RAMHAMMER mild steel the same way that the GenII Phoenix AIRHAMMER by HAMMER AUTOMOTIVE beat its original mild steel design.

The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER intake assembly and installation will be easier.
The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER intake will fit BETTER.
The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER intake will make more power than its outmoded mild steel predecessor.
The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER will be known by a new name to be announced later.
The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER intake will still be made in AMERICA, by AMERICANS, with American origin components by an AMERICAN
company. In these economic times I am especially proud of this fact.
The CARBON FIBER RAMHAMMER will be supplied to the original outstanding mild steel orders at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

I have laid bare everything with no double speak or secondary intention with all honesty and truth.
